Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how Pine & Dandy Studio LLC (“Pine & Dandy,” “we,” “us”) handles information in our games and on our website, pineanddandystudio.com.

The short version:

• Our games don’t need an account, and we don’t collect personal information through them. There are no ads and no tracking in our games.
• Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. That’s the website only. It is not part of any game.
• We don’t sell personal information.

2. Our games

Each Pine & Dandy game has its own section here, so you can see exactly what that game does.

Road Trip Bingo

No account is required. You never sign up, log in, or give us your name or email to play.

Your games stay on your device. Road Trip Bingo saves things like your current card, your settings and your play history on your iPhone or iPad so you can pick up where you left off. That information is not sent to Pine & Dandy. Deleting the app deletes it.

Playing together nearby. If you start or join a game with other people in the car, the devices talk to each other directly using Apple’s peer-to-peer networking. No internet connection or Pine & Dandy server is involved. The devices share only what the game needs to play together, such as the game code, the player animal each person picks, and game progress. iOS may ask for permission to find devices on your local network the first time you play together; you can change that any time in Settings.

Location. Road Trip Bingo doesn’t use your location. You choose your region yourself.

No analytics or ads in the app. Road Trip Bingo doesn’t include advertising, analytics, or behavioral-tracking tools from Google or any other company.

Apple. Apple distributes Road Trip Bingo through the App Store. When you download or buy the app, Apple handles that transaction under Apple’s privacy policy; we don’t receive your payment details. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous information such as crash reports and usage statistics. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

3. Our website

pineanddandystudio.com uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. This includes which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), roughly how long they stayed, which buttons are clicked and whether the sample bingo card was played, and general information about the device, browser and approximate location (such as city or country). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this.

We look at this information in aggregate to improve the site. We don’t use it to identify you, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t connect it to anything in our games.

Google processes this information under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The site has no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no contact or sign-up forms.

4. Information you choose to send us

If you email us, for example at support@pineanddandystudio.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to help with what you asked about. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

5. Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works fine without them.
• You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• You can ask us to delete any email you’ve sent us.

6. Children’s privacy

Our games are made for families, and many of our players are kids. Pine & Dandy Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through our games. Our website is written for parents and other adults. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in a support email, contact us and we’ll delete it.

7. Data retention

Game data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the game. Website analytics data is kept only for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account and is then deleted automatically. Support emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you and keep reasonable records, and we’ll delete your messages on request.

8. Changes to this policy

If how our games or website handle information changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top first. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear in the game or on this site.
