Privacy Policy
This policy describes Sprout Routines, an app operated by Pine & Dandy Studio LLC. Contact support@pineanddandystudio.com with privacy questions.
At a glance
The current app has no advertising, tracking tools, third-party analytics, or account sign-in. Sprout saves family information locally and does not send it to a Pine & Dandy server. The app does not provide cloud syncing.
Information saved on your device
Grown-ups enter a child’s name and select a built-in avatar. Sprout saves profiles, routine names and steps, schedules, settings, daily progress, world choices, personal world details, favorites, and storybook collections on your device. This information supports the routine and collection features; it is not automatically sent to us.
Printing and sharing
A grown-up can create routine-card and world-keepsake PDFs. These may include the child’s name, routine details, date, and artwork. Export happens only when you choose to share, save, or print through the system sheet. The destination you select may receive that information under its own privacy practices. We do not receive a copy automatically.
Apple services and purchases
The current development build does not implement an in-app purchase system. A one-time unlock is planned; we will update this policy to describe the implemented purchase behavior before it becomes available. Apple handles App Store distribution and any download transaction; we do not receive payment card details.
Retention and deletion
In the grown-up area, removing a child deletes that child’s local profile, routines, progress, and collection. Removing a routine clears its daily progress but retains earned collection snapshots. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device; offloading retains documents and data.
Device backups may retain copies even though the app does not provide cloud syncing. PDFs you save, print, or share are separate copies and are not removed when you delete a child or the app. Manage backups and exported copies through the relevant device settings, apps, or recipients.
Support and beta feedback
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve your request, not to add you to a mailing list. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
If you test through TestFlight, Apple may make feedback, screenshots, comments, crash reports, and testing information available to us. Apple’s App Store, diagnostics, backup, and TestFlight services operate under Apple’s privacy policy and their respective settings.
Children and family use
This app can be used by families, including children. It does not include advertising, tracking tools, in-app chat, or developer-operated user accounts. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support or feedback, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.
Information you send us
Support messages and beta feedback are retained only as needed to respond, investigate issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion of information you have sent us. We do not sell that information.

The website has its own services, including hosting and analytics, separate from this app. See our website privacy information.
