Privacy Policy
This policy describes Spotted: Road Trip Bingo, an app operated by Pine & Dandy Studio LLC. Contact support@pineanddandystudio.com with privacy questions.
At a glance
No ads, no tracking, no subscriptions, and no account required. The app has no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. Regions are selected manually; the app does not use GPS to determine your location. It does not request your name, email, camera, microphone, or contacts to play.
Information saved on your device
The app saves solo cards, marked sights, preferences, and multiplayer recovery information locally so you can continue playing. Pine & Dandy does not operate a cloud-save service for this information.
Information shared with nearby players
Nearby multiplayer uses Apple’s Multipeer Connectivity framework with encrypted sessions. Participating devices exchange generated player identifiers, chosen animals, room details, card-generation information, progress counts, and bingo standings to run the game. This information passes between nearby devices, not through a developer-operated multiplayer server.
Local Network permission allows discovery and connection to nearby players. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. Turning it off can prevent nearby play.
Purchases
Apple processes Road Trip Pass purchases through StoreKit. The app checks Apple-verified purchase information to unlock access and offers Restore Purchase. We do not receive payment card numbers or payment credentials.
Local retention and removal
Saved app information remains on your device until it is replaced or removed. Leaving or ending a room clears that device’s room-recovery record; this does not erase all app information or copies on other devices.
Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device. Offloading the app retains its documents and data. Device backups may retain copies; manage those through your Apple or computer backup settings. Deleting the app does not erase Apple’s purchase records.
Support and beta feedback
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve your request, not to add you to a mailing list. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
If you test through TestFlight, Apple may make feedback, screenshots, comments, crash reports, and testing information available to us. Apple’s App Store, diagnostics, backup, and TestFlight services operate under Apple’s privacy policy and their respective settings.
Children and family use
This app can be used by families, including children. It does not include advertising, tracking tools, in-app chat, or developer-operated user accounts. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support or feedback, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.
Information you send us
Support messages and beta feedback are retained only as needed to respond, investigate issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion of information you have sent us. We do not sell that information.
